I
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
At MiGranStudio, each helmet is handcrafted and made to order. Every piece is created individually, following the same process used for our own collector-grade helmets.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and a cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of production.
Due to the custom nature of our products, standard returns are not applicable. Each order is produced specifically for the customer, including size, finish, and detailing choices.
However, we fully stand behind our quality. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with our policy.
Our goal is transparency, trust, and craftsmanship — the same standards we apply to pieces made for our own collection.
CHAPTER II
DEFECTS & DAMAGES
If your helmet arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or a short video to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

SUPPORT & RESOLUTION
We believe that every issue should be handled with care and transparency. If you have questions regarding your order, sizing, or delivery, you can always reach out to us directly.
We use Stripe for all payments, providing secure processing and buyer protection under international payment standards. Our priority is always to resolve any issue directly and fairly.
We are available via email and Instagram, and we personally oversee every request related to order issues.
