This isn’t mass production or fragile 3D printing. Every piece is fully cast from solid polyurethane using silicone molds — a process that ensures durability and a professional feel. After casting, each helmet is refined, sanded, and painted by hand to meet our standards.
We’ve been doing this for over 10 years. For us, screen accuracy isn’t a one-time achievement; it’s a personal “sporting interest”. Every time we spot a micro-inaccuracy in a shape, a texture, or a paint stroke, we update the model.
We believe that true quality lies in the details that others might miss. If it isn’t perfect for our own collection, it isn’t ready for yours.
Each helmet is made to order, but the process is often faster than it sounds. The average production time is 7–14 days, and around 80% of our models are already partially or fully prepared. If the model, size, and color are standard, production usually requires only final refinement, painting, and quality control.
In practice, in about 90% of cases, the overall delivery time depends not on production, but on the chosen shipping method and destination. If a helmet is already in stock, it is typically dispatched the next business day.
Custom colors, non-standard sizes, or special requests may require additional production time. If timing is critical for your project, we recommend contacting us via Instagram before placing an order to confirm current availability.
