This is a physical, solid-cast replica — not a digital or 3D-printed product.

Ongoing Refinement
Our designs are continuously refined as new reference material becomes available. Paint tones, textures, and subtle weathering details may be adjusted over time to achieve the most accurate and refined version possible at the moment of production.

Materials & Construction

Solid-Cast Polyurethane: This is not a 3D print resin. Each helmet is fully cast from high-density polyurethane using professional silicone molds.

Dual-Sided Finish: Our unique casting process creates a seamless, single-form object. The interior is just as smooth and finished as the exterior — no raw textures or hollow walls.

Automotive Paint System: We use professional spray equipment and automotive-grade paints (not aerosol). This ensures deep, accurate tones and controlled gloss levels.

Protective Clear Coat: The finish is sealed with a high-end automotive clear coat for scratch resistance and long-term color stability under light exposure.

Our work is not static — each production run is subtly refined. As new reference material becomes available (such as final episodes or updated screen-used assets), we carefully adjust paint tones, surface textures, and artistic distressing to remain as close as possible to the on-screen appearance.

Black Daredevil Helmet — Stage 2: Battle Damaged Red Finish
(Born Again Season 2)

This is the Black Daredevil Helmet (Mask) Stage 2, as it appears in the Born Again Season 2 finale — heavily distressed, with deep red battle damage exposed across the cowl. This is the second of two color stages we’ve produced for this design, capturing the character’s most battle-worn on-screen moment. Pairs perfectly with the full black suit for a complete Born Again Season 2 look. For the minimal red early-season version, see Daredevil Helmet Stage 1.

One of the most technically complex paint processes in our Daredevil collection, this helmet is finished using a layered, automotive-grade painting system applied entirely with a professional spray gun — never aerosol. Each layer is carefully controlled to expose deep red battle damage beneath the black overpaint, replicating authentic combat wear.

Not a 3D print. Every helmet is cast from durable, impact-resistant polyurethane using molds — solid, screen-weight, and built to last, not a fragile 3D resin or PLA/ABS.

The process begins with a full gloss red base coat, followed by heavy selective distressing and chipping through a deep gloss black overpaint, exposing the red beneath at the horns, cheekbones, and impact points.

A semi-gloss clear coat unifies the main surface, while the horns and eye area receive a satin finish to introduce controlled contrast. This multi-finish approach allows the helmet to react dynamically to light while maintaining a cohesive and screen-accurate appearance.

Clear red lenses provide good visibility and a professional field of view while preserving the correct on-screen look.

The helmet splits into a faceplate and back piece, joined with magnets — just like the on-screen design — making it easier to wear comfortably and simpler to pack for travel.

Each helmet ships in a protective box, ready straight out for display, cosplay, or autograph sessions, with no additional painting or fitting required.
