Each piece is created with close attention to proportions, silhouette, and surface detail, resulting in a screen-accurate piece suitable for collectors and professional cosplay.

This is a physical, solid-cast replica — not a digital or 3D-printed product.

Ongoing Refinement
Our designs are continuously refined as new reference material becomes available. Paint tones, textures, and subtle weathering details may be adjusted over time to achieve the most accurate and refined version possible at the moment of production.
Standard Collector’s Size
For display pieces or autograph signings, we offer helmets made in original actors’ head sizes. These are ideal for collections and screen-accurate displays.

Custom Fit for Cosplay
If you plan to wear the helmet, it can be made to your specific measurements to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.

How to Measure
Please measure your head circumference as shown in the reference image below.
You can provide your measurement in centimeters (cm) or inches (in).

Sizing Without Custom Notes
If no measurements are provided, the helmet will be produced in our standard collector size.
Solid-Cast Polyurethane: This is not a 3D print resin. Each helmet is fully cast from high-density polyurethane using professional silicone molds.

Dual-Sided Finish: Our unique casting process creates a seamless, single-form object. The interior is just as smooth and finished as the exterior — no raw textures or hollow walls.

Automotive Paint System: We use professional spray equipment and automotive-grade paints (not aerosol). This ensures deep, accurate tones and controlled gloss levels.

Protective Clear Coat: The finish is sealed with a high-end automotive clear coat for scratch resistance and long-term color stability under light exposure.
Production Timeline
Each helmet is individually crafted after the order is placed.
While the average production time is 7–14 days, many standard models are kept partially prepared, allowing faster final refinement and dispatch.

If your helmet is available locally, it ships the next business day, with no import duties for U.S. customers.  

Global Logistics
We ship worldwide with full tracking provided.
Standard international delivery typically takes 15–30 days, depending on destination, local customs, and postal services.
Standard shipping cost is already included in the helmet price.  

Express Option — DHL
For urgent deadlines, DHL Express is available (typically +$150).
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days worldwide, offering the fastest and most reliable transit option.

Black Daredevil Mask Textured Helmet — Season Two

One of the most technically complex paint finishes in our collection. This Black Daredevil Mask features a layered, automotive-grade paint finish applied entirely with a professional spray gun — never aerosol. The process begins with a full gloss red base coat, followed by carefully controlled distressing and a deep gloss black overpaint. Matte black accents are used to emphasize the signature “T” patterns and surface geometry.

A semi-matte clear coat unifies the main surface, while the horns and eye area receive a satin finish to create subtle highlights and material contrast. This multi-finish approach allows the helmet to react dynamically to light, enhancing depth and texture while preserving screen-accurate proportions.

Clear red lenses provide good visibility and a professional field of view while maintaining the correct on-screen appearance.

This helmet was personally presented by me to Charlie Cox and Wilson Bethel during an in-person signing. I traveled specifically to deliver and showcase the piece, receiving direct feedback on the finish, paintwork, and overall accuracy.

Paint tones and surface detailing may be subtly refined over time as new on-screen references become available, ensuring the most accurate and current version possible. A cleaner version with reduced red distressing is also available for collectors who prefer a more restrained look.
