Sizing Without Custom Notes
If no measurements are provided, the helmet will be produced in our standard collector size.

This helmet is a 1:1 handcrafted replica inspired by the original on-screen design.

Each piece is created with close attention to proportions, silhouette, and surface detail, resulting in a screen-accurate piece suitable for collectors and professional cosplay.

This is a physical, solid-cast replica — not a digital or 3D-printed product.

Ongoing Refinement
Our designs are continuously refined as new reference material becomes available. Paint tones, textures, and subtle weathering details may be adjusted over time to achieve the most accurate and refined version possible at the moment of production.
Solid-Cast Polyurethane: This is not a 3D print resin. Each helmet is fully cast from high-density polyurethane using professional silicone molds.

Dual-Sided Finish: Our unique casting process creates a seamless, single-form object. The interior is just as smooth and finished as the exterior — no raw textures or hollow walls.

Automotive Paint System: We use professional spray equipment and automotive-grade paints (not aerosol). This ensures deep, accurate tones and controlled gloss levels.

Protective Clear Coat: The finish is sealed with a high-end automotive clear coat for scratch resistance and long-term color stability under light exposure.
Production Timeline
Each helmet is individually crafted after the order is placed.
While the average production time is 7–14 days, many standard models are kept partially prepared, allowing faster final refinement and dispatch.

Black Daredevil Helmet — Stage 1: Minimal Red Finish
(Born Again Season 2)

This is the Black Daredevil Helmet (Mask) Stage 1, as it appears early in Born Again Season 2 — black dominant, red barely visible. This is the first of two color stages we’ve produced for this design, each capturing a different moment in the character’s on-screen journey. Matches the full black suit for a complete early-season Born Again look. For the battle-worn version with heavy red exposure, see Black Daredevil Helmet Stage 2.

One of the most technically complex paint processes in our Daredevil collection, this helmet is finished using a layered, automotive-grade painting system applied entirely with a professional spray gun — never aerosol. Each layer is carefully controlled to build depth, texture, and a realistic material response.

Not a 3D print. Every helmet is cast from durable, impact-resistant polyurethane using molds — solid, screen-weight, and built to last, not a fragile 3D resin or PLA/ABS.

The process begins with a full gloss red base coat, followed by selective distressing and a deep gloss black overpaint.

A semi-gloss clear coat unifies the main surface, while the horns and eye area receive a satin finish to introduce controlled contrast. This multi-finish approach allows the helmet to react dynamically to light while maintaining a cohesive and screen-accurate appearance.

Clear red lenses provide good visibility and a professional field of view while preserving the correct on-screen look.

The helmet splits into a faceplate and back piece, joined with magnets — just like the on-screen design — making it easier to wear comfortably and simpler to pack for travel. Each helmet ships in a protective box, ready straight out for display, cosplay, or autograph sessions, with no additional painting or fitting required.

This helmet was personally presented by me to Charlie Cox and Wilson Bethel during an in-person signing. I traveled specifically to deliver and showcase the piece, receiving direct feedback on the finish, paintwork, and overall accuracy.
