This helmet is a 1:1 handcrafted replica inspired by the original on-screen design.

This is a physical, solid-cast replica — not a digital or 3D-printed product.

Ongoing Refinement
Our designs are continuously refined as new reference material becomes available. Paint tones, textures, and subtle weathering details may be adjusted over time to achieve the most accurate and refined version possible at the moment of production.
Standard Collector’s Size
For display pieces or autograph signings, we offer helmets made in original actors’ head sizes. These are ideal for collections and screen-accurate displays.

Custom Fit for Cosplay
If you plan to wear the helmet, it can be made to your specific measurements to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.

How to Measure
Please measure your head circumference as shown in the reference image below.
You can provide your measurement in centimeters (cm) or inches (in).
The image is clickable and opens in full size for a closer look.
If you require a specific fit, enter your measurement in the “Order Notes” during checkout.


Sizing Without Custom Notes
If no measurements are provided, the helmet will be produced in our standard collector size.
Solid-Cast Polyurethane: This is not a 3D print resin. Each helmet is fully cast from high-density polyurethane using professional silicone molds.

Dual-Sided Finish: Our unique casting process creates a seamless, single-form object. The interior is just as smooth and finished as the exterior — no raw textures or hollow walls.

Automotive Paint System: We use professional spray equipment and automotive-grade paints (not aerosol). This ensures deep, accurate tones and controlled gloss levels.

Protective Clear Coat: The finish is sealed with a high-end automotive clear coat for scratch resistance and long-term color stability under light exposure.
Production Timeline
Each helmet is individually crafted after the order is placed.
While the average production time is 7–14 days, many standard models are kept partially prepared, allowing faster final refinement and dispatch.

If your helmet is available locally, it ships the next business day, with no import duties for U.S. customers.

We ship worldwide with full tracking provided.
Standard international delivery typically takes 15–30 days, depending on destination, local customs, and postal services.
Standard shipping cost is already included in the helmet price.  

Express Option — DHL
For urgent deadlines, DHL Express is available (typically +$150).
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days worldwide, offering the fastest and most reliable transit option.
